Random Acts (RA) was founded in 2008 by Rachel Saunders and Joanne Brownride as way of exploring creativity, and especially visual media. Fiona Bianchi joined the team in late 2009, and has added her expertise to the creative mix.
Since its inception RA has metamorphesised into a holding company for all the creative endeavours that Rachel, Fiona, Jo, and the team are involved in. These include the following:

Photography - the photographic business run by Rachel, with help from Jo and Fi when required. All the photographs on this site were taken by the team.

Events - We regularly organise and host events and projects. These include the Spirit... series of photo shoots, the Empowerment workshops, O Red DJ nights, and editorial photo shoots for Inspiration.

Inspiration is our webzine which is intended to plant the seeds of creativity in the reader, as well as provide a space for us to showcase our projects, favourite art, and other cool stuff. We encourage any and all artists to get involved, and we feel the webzine is a great way for people enhance their skills.

O Red - This is our weekly trance, deep house, and dance podcast. In the mix since 2006, O Red is a real passion for Rachel, as her unquenchable thirst for all things dance related comes to the boil in the podcast.

Tigg-stock - As part of our desire to nurture new artistic talent we provide a lot of our photography to users of Diviant Art as stock for use in their art. We feel that this is an ideal way of helping people progress their skills, as well as sparking ideas and fantastic art.

IT support and web design. Both Fiona and Joanne provide first and second line IT support,

RA is only made possible by the contribution of so many wonderful people, and we would like to thank all the models, make-up artists, photographers, stylists, designers, programmers, writers, contributors, and other wonderful artists for making RA what it is today.
