Photographic services and price list

£50 per hour + VAT + travel expenses.
What you get:
- 1 A4 Print per hour paid for.
- 1 change of wardrobe per hour paid for.
- Basic make-up and styling.
Additional services:
- Additional models for your shoot: The price for this service is on an individual basis, as we will bring in a model that best suits your needs.
- Make-Up artist: £30 per change of make-up. If you have a make-up artist in mind please let us know, and we will contact them to arrange the shoot.
- Additional photographer: £30 per hour, and travel expenses are included in this price.
- Nude/Fetish shoots will be charged at an additional 25% on top of the total package.
Additional prints, books, and CDs:
- Additional processing will be charges at £5 per image, and the images will be posted on the website in a secure folder only you can view.
- Additional CDs are priced at £7.50 per CD for watermarked images, and £25 for unwatermarked images. All processed images will be included on the CD.
- Additional books are charged at £20 for a soft back book and £35 for a hard back book. The book will contain all the processed images from the shoot.
Event organisation and corporate shoots:
- Random Acts regularly organise large photography events and projects. We also have experience in organising events in clubs and bars. We can offer the following services to clients looking for an event organiser:
- Event photography: Our experienced photographers have done many club/bar shoots, so if you need a photographer to cover an event we would love to hear from you.
- Corporate photography: We produce high quality, cutting edge portraiture, so whatever look you have in mind for your business we will be able to deliver.
- Stock photography: We are highly experienced at shooting stock photography, and if you would like more details please email the team.
Terms and Conditions:
- All shoots are arranged with you to best suit your needs. We can do the shoot at your home address, exterior location, or with enough notice arrange a suitable venue or studio. Any costs associated with the venue will be included within the final price we agee for the shoot.
- Please note that each change of wardrobe will require at least 45 minutes to shoot, so if you wish to have more than one change of clothing please give an additional hour per change.
- All travel expenses will be agreed at least a week before any shoot, though if the shoot is in York or the surrounding area no travel expenses will be incurred.
- All payments must be made 48 hours in advance of a shoot, and if you cancel less than 24 hours before a shoot you will loose half your deposit.
- For your peace of mind, and ours, you will be asked to sign a release form and terms of service on the day of the shoot. This is the formal contract between you and us, and we will abide with the terms agreed within it.
- If a shoot is paid none of your images will be posted on any other site by the Random Acts team, except for promotional use by us as a business. Your images will be kept in a non-public folder, where only you will have access to it. None of your selected processed images will be watermarked, though the initial batch of images will be watermarked to prevent anyone else using them.
- If a shoot is not paid, or we pay you, unless agreed before the shoot you, will only receive watermarked processed images on a CD.
- If a shoot is time for CD or time for images all images on the website will remain watermarked unless agreed before hand, and only your selected images will be un-watermarked for your personal use.
- Unless agreed in the terms of service copyright belongs to both the photographer and Random Acts.
- The time spent on the shoot is based on the number of outfits, not the actual time you spend with the team.
- If the shoot is a time for CD or time for images shoot your gallery will be on public display in our models gallery, though if you wish it to be non-listed, and/or password protected we will gladly oblige. As previously advised all paid shoots are placed in a non-public gallery.
All packages include the following:
- The time taken for the shoot
- The time taken to do basic processing to the images.
- The time taken to do additional processing of the images you wish to receive as prints.
